刘宝珠Juliana

Juliana 刘宝珠 is currently the Lead of Ecommerce Operations at 小米科技, where they manage annual budgets, sales KPIs, and team operations. Previously, they held the position of Senior Business Development Manager within Xiaomi's Financial Business Unit, focusing on eWallet and fintech initiatives. Juliana co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Indofun, a mobile game publisher targeting the Indonesian market, and worked as a Marketing Supervisor at Beijing Kunlun Tech Co Ltd, developing mobile advertising strategies. They also gained extensive experience as a Sales Marketing Manager at ZTE JOYGOR, establishing long-term partnerships and managing local operations. Juliana holds a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Universitas Bina Nusantara and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from President University.
