Lingyu Xu

Lingyu Xu, also known as William, has a diverse background in human resources and education. Experience includes roles at China Telecom Americas as HR Management, where responsibilities spanned from September 2019 to October 2020. As a tutor at Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs and Kelley School of Business from August 2017 to May 2019, William contributed to academic support. More recently, positions at Xiaomi Technology included Regional Recruiter for the CEE & Nordics and Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruitment for international platforms and the South Asia region. Additionally, William served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist focusing on the EU, LATAM, CIS, SEA, and MEAF regions, and worked as a Talent Sourcer for Microsoft in the APJC region from July 2021 to 2023.
