Na Wei is the GM of Corporate Business Development and IP Strategy at 小米科技, focusing on patent licensing negotiations for Xiaomi. They bring a wealth of expertise with over nine years of industry experience in standardization delegation and wireless technologies research. Previously, Na held various roles, including Senior Director of IP Licensing at Xiaomi Technology, where they oversaw IP strategy and licensing engagement. They also served as a Business Manager at 索尼移动通信 and an Innovation Researcher at Zhigu, further contributing to their extensive background in wireless communication advancements. Na earned a Ph.D. in wireless communication from Aalborg Universitet and a Master's in Civil and Commercial Law from Beijing Renming University.
