曹国强

国强曹 is currently the Quality Vice Director at Xiaomi Technology, where they build the quality management system at the Beijing factory. With 11 years of experience in the automotive industry, they have expertise spanning project management, production, and after-sales quality management. Previously, they served as a Quality Assurance Manager at FAW-Volkswagen, leading teams across various automotive quality sectors. They hold a master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from Jilin University.
