培 王 is a seasoned project manager currently leading projects in the Mi ECO ecosystem at 小米科技 since 2017. Prior to this role, they developed RF tests at Sony Ericsson from 2004 to 2009, served as an RF Test Lead at Nokia Technologies between 2012 and 2015, and held positions as a System Test Lead at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Quality Engineer II at Microsoft. Additionally, they managed hardware testing teams at LeEco from 2016 to 2017. Their extensive experience includes quality control, test development, and team leadership in the telecommunications and consumer electronics sectors.
