智明 蔡 is a technology leader at Xiaomi, specializing in client-side development and project management. With over eight years of experience, including more than five years managing technical teams of 15 or more, 智明 has held significant positions at ByteDance, Xiaomi, Qihoo 360, and Sogou. At ByteDance, they led the development management for the Jinri Toutiao Lite and innovative educational applications.
