Prateik Das is a dynamic marketing leader with a decade of experience spanning brand strategy, partnerships, and organisational leadership. Since joining Xiaomi Technology in 2015, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s brand narrative and growth in India — leading initiatives across strategic partnerships, alliances, software and services marketing, and cross-functional communications.
During his tenure, Prateik has held key leadership roles including Deputy Chief of Staff, Head of CSR & Special Projects, and Head of Marketing Partnerships & Alliances, contributing significantly to Xiaomi’s transformation into one of India’s most loved technology brands. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in human resources and culture development, equipping him with a deep understanding of people, performance, and purpose.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Utkal University.
