Prateik Das

Prateik Das has extensive experience in marketing and human resources, currently serving as Associate Director of Marketing at Xiaomi Technology since February 2015. In this role, Prateik oversees brand partnerships and alliances, as well as software and services initiatives. Previous positions at Xiaomi include Deputy Chief of Staff and Lead CSR & Special Projects, Head of Marketing Partnerships & Alliances, and Assistant Manager in the CEO's Office. Earlier in the career, Prateik worked as a Senior HR Specialist, HR Generalist, Management Trainee in HR, and HR Intern, consistently focusing on recruitment and consultancy management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Utkal University.
