Yanjun Shan

Yanjun Shan is an experienced Antenna Engineer with expertise in antenna development and simulation across multiple leading tech companies. At 小米科技 since August 2021, responsibilities include the development of sub-6/WIFI antennas, detailed simulation, and cross-department communication involving PCB, RF, and production lines. Prior experience at OnePlus from July 2019 to October 2020 involved designing reconfigurable antennas for sub-6G technology and managing inter-departmental coordination to resolve production issues. At Quectel from October 2020 to August 2021, Yanjun focused on the evaluation and simulation of IoT terminal antennas and was involved in various project developments for 5G products. Yanjun holds a Master’s degree in Optical Engineering from 上海理工大学 (Shanghai University of Technology).
