Zhen Qiu is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently, Zhen serves as the Head of Design for the Modena Platform at Xiaomi Technology, overseeing the entire vehicle design process, including exterior, interior, and CMF design, as well as design strategy and decision-making. Previous roles include Head of Exterior Design at Xiaomi, where Zhen led innovative design efforts, and a Lecturer in Master Transportation Design at Pforzheim University. At Mercedes-Benz AG, Zhen held the position of Senior Exterior Designer, contributing to the production and showcar design of various models, including the Vision EQXX and Vision EQ SilverArrow Concepts. Zhen has also worked with Peugeot, Techrules, and General Motors as an exterior and interior designer. Zhen holds a Master of Arts in Transportation Design from Pforzheim University and multiple degrees in industrial design, design innovation, and professional training in AliasStudio.
