XiaoZao Tech
Wei Yu is the founder of Lyxia, a biotechnology company established in Delaware in 2012, focusing on cultivating microalgae and cyanobacteria for biofuel and protein production while reducing carbon emissions. Wei also founded Xiaozao Technology (Anji) Co., Ltd in October 2016 and previously established Hommily, Inc., a P2P marketplace for hosting services, from July 2014 to September 2016. Wei obtained a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from UCLA, where teaching experience included courses in chemistry and biochemistry, following a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from UCLA and Zhejiang University, respectively.
