Jon Beasley

Jon Beasley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT strategy, architecture, and transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation & Client Partner at Xiatech since December 2022, Jon is responsible for organizational-wide changes that enhance client offerings and internal efficiency. Prior to this, Jon held numerous roles, including Client Partner and Head of IT Strategy and Architecture at Wilko, where advisory responsibilities to the CEO and boards were key. Jon's background also includes positions as an Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect in various organizations, alongside foundational roles in infrastructure management and support engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University, alongside A Levels and GCSEs from Lady Manners School.
