David Griffeth

David leads the financial planning, forecasting and accounting for Xicato. He brings extensive experience in both private and publicly held technology companies in his career in Silicon Valley, several of which were in the manufacturing space. During the growth phase of most of these companies, David was involved in raising funding, both equity and debt, including initial and secondary public offerings. David has significant experience with growing organizations through M&A transactions, and several of the companies for which he worked were ultimately acquired as part of their exit strategy. David began his career in public accounting at Ernst and Young and since held senior leadership/CFO positions at Pure Wafer, Photon Dynamics, Concentric Network and Borland International. David has a BS in Accounting, an MBA in Finance and is a CPA.
