Kyle Fetter

Kyle Fetter is an accomplished executive with over a decade of experience in the diagnostic services industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at XIFIN, Inc. Since joining the company in July 2010, Kyle has been instrumental in overseeing sales, managing profit and loss for revenue cycle services, and enhancing personalized medicine initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager of Diagnostic Services, where responsibilities encompassed building a large consultative support team, establishing strategic partnerships in molecular diagnostics, and coordinating reimbursement and sales strategies. Kyle has also held leadership positions at Axial Biotech, Inc. and gained early experience in venture development and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southern California and an MBA with a focus on Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
