Stacy Downing serves as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at XIFIN, Inc. since September 2022, where responsibilities include advising functional groups, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing employee communication and talent management. Previously, Stacy held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, contributing to the production of advanced unmanned aircraft systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Inseego Corp., where a focus on a people-first culture was paramount, as well as various HR roles at United States Marine Corps, which provided foundational experience in finance and accounting. Stacy holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
