Blake Abdella

Blake Abdella has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2014 to present, they have served as VP & Chief Strategist at Xigent Solutions, where they are responsible for delivering strategic and operational planning services and building their professional, managed, and support services practice. Prior to that, from 2011 to present, they founded and acted as Principal at Incite Consulting, offering business coaching and consulting services. Additionally, they served as Chief Operating Officer at Rebound Enterprises from 2011 to 2012 and as Executive Director at Northfield Enterprise Center from 2007 to 2011, overseeing business coaching and counseling services. In their earlier career, they held positions at Andersen Windows as Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Information Technology.

Blake Abdella completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math & Economics from St. Olaf College from 1978 to 1982. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Statistics & Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University from 1982 to 1984.
