Ariful Islam is currently a Network Engineer and Solution Architect at Dimension Data, where they design and implement MPLS VPLS solutions and manage the technical operations of the UK data center. Previously, Ariful worked as an Incident Management Engineer at Easynet, providing technical support and troubleshooting network issues, and as a NOC Analyst at Global Telecom and Technology, overseeing faults and monitoring network services. Ariful began their career as an Associate Programmer at Abcam, developing financial software. They hold a Master's degree in Telecommunications from London South Bank University and have multiple Cisco certifications.
