Selma Eising

Selma Eising is the Senior Manager of Research Operations at Xilis BV, a role they began in 2024. They previously served as a Coordinator for the High-Throughput Screening Facility and a Postdoctoral Researcher focused on precision medicine in pediatric cancer at the Prinses Máxima Centrum voor kinderoncologie from 2020 to 2024. Selma's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Biology from Radboud University Nijmegen and a Master’s in Molecular Chemistry from the University of Groningen, where they also completed significant research projects. Their early research experiences include studies in bio-organic chemistry and systems chemistry at the University of Groningen and an MSc internship at Victoria University of Wellington.
