Sharon Liu

Sharon Liu is a staff accountant at xilis. Sharon has previous experience working as a junior accountant at Precision BioSciences, Inc. from October 2018 to April 2021. In their previous role, Sharon was responsible for updating department job aids and proposing SOP changes, Sox control support, quarter-end support, fix asset creation and depreciation, prepaid amortization, sales and used tax, bank statement reconciliation, payment run support, and accounts payable function. Sharon has a proven track record of being an effective and efficient accountant, and they are excited to bring their skills to their new role at xilis.

Sharon Liu has a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, and has taken accounting classes at Wake Technical Community College. Sharon also has an AA in General Studies from Ohlone Community College. In addition, Sharon has completed certification programs in data wrangling, analysis and AB testing with SQL, SQL for data science, R programming, and the data scientist's toolbox from Coursera.
