Charade Avondo is the President & General Manager at Xinyx. Charade has over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Prior to joining Xinyx, Charade was the VP-Finance officer at APAC IC Layout Consultant, Inc. from January 2007 to August 2011. In this role, Charade oversaw the preparation of annual budgets and tracked operating and capital expenses. Charade also prepared management reports such as analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts and profitability reports.
In addition to their finance responsibilities, Charade also led process improvement initiatives to optimize the resources of the Company.
Charade’s experience in the semiconductor industry and their financial acumen make their an valuable asset to Xinyx. Under their leadership, Xinyx has become a leading provider of IC design services.
Charade Avondo has a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Centro Escolar University.
