Dave Carlson

Dave Carlson is currently the Finance/Accounting Director at Xirect Software Solutions, where they are responsible for A/R, finance, accounting, and payroll efforts while providing strategic direction for the company. With extensive experience in starting and managing businesses, they have held various positions, including President of CareerUp Staffing and Executive Services Vice President at InfoTrax Systems. They worked as an Investment Professional at Fidelity Investments for a decade, developing high net worth client relationships and consistently ranking in the top ten percent for asset acquisition. Additionally, Dave is the Founder and CEO of eSwyft, a last-mile eCommerce delivery solution, and serves as a JV baseball coach at Mountain View High School. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Westminster College.
