Inna Shevchenko

Inna Shevchenko is a transpersonal psychology coach with extensive experience in technology and product management. Previously serving as the Head of Frontend Engineering at XITE since 2021, they oversee development and delivery of user-facing products across multiple platforms. Prior to this role, they held various positions at XITE, including Technical Product Manager and Lead QA Engineer, where they drove complex backend services and optimized Agile processes. Inna began their career in the audio field, producing music for film and working as a sound engineer before shifting focus to technology. They graduated from The National Leadership Academy for Culture and Arts in Kiev.
