John Svinicki has over 30 years of work experience in software and firmware engineering. John started their career at Symplex Communications Corporation, where they designed and implemented software and worked with Xenix development environment. At Open Networks Engineering, they ported device drivers and OSI protocol stack to Solaris and AIX. John then joined Xitron, where they were responsible for high-speed imaging output interfaces for the electronic prepress industry.

John also worked at Solidica, where they served as a Software/Firmware Manager and was responsible for developing ground-based vehicle data acquisition and communication products. John later joined Cubic Labs, where they provided firmware for automotive infotainment systems.
