Dan Ryan

Dan Ryan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level legal roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Serica Legal & Advisory since September 2012, Dan also holds the position of Founder and Director at Xitu Capital and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for Technology General Counsels. Previous roles include General Counsel at Everledger and Viant Commodities, as well as A/General Counsel for the Queensland Law Society. Dan's governance experience features a tenure as a Board Member of the Australia-China Council within the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Asian Studies Specialist from The Australian National University, along with further studies at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Renmin University of China, and Xiamen University.
