Simone Dissel

Simone Dissel is an enthusiastic and results-oriented HR manager with extensive experience in various HR-related matters. They began their career as a recruitment consultant at Staff Planning from 1997 to 2000 and later served as a Talent Development Manager at ORMIT Nederland from 2001 to 2006. Since 2012, Simone has been working with Netwerk Recruiters, providing HR consultancy and recruitment services, and has been the HR Manager at XIVER MEMS Foundry since 2024. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in HRM from Avans Hogeschool Breda and a Post HBO degree in Coaching for Professionals from the School voor Coaching. Simone is recognized for their ability to initiate and build HR and recruitment functions in mid-sized organizations with growth ambitions.
