Vinoth Kumar is a Technical Cluster Leader with extensive experience in plasma etching of semiconductor materials. Their career includes roles as a Senior Process Engineer at ON Semiconductor and GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they specialized in dry etch processes and equipment optimization. At XIVER, Vinoth transitioned from Dry Etching Cluster Lead to their current position, focusing on dry etch, furnace, and ALD technologies.
