Ron Fermon

Ron Fermon is currently the VP of Customer Success at XJet 3D, where they leverage their extensive background in customer success, product development, and revenue growth. Previously, they held various positions at XJet Ltd., including Application Team Leader and AM Center Engineer. Ron's career began with roles at the Fattal Hotel Chain and IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they studied mechanical engineering. They also served as a combat engineering officer in the IDF and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
