Stephen Wormald

Stephen Wormald is a Partner at XLB, where they focus on asset and development management in the business space sector. They have a keen interest in ESG and innovation. Prior to their current role, Stephen served as an Associate Director at CBRE UK from 2016 to 2018 and was a Retail Leasing & Investment Agent at Baker Street Properties from 2012 to 2014. Stephen also worked as a Property Development Manager at Absolute Pets between 2014 and 2015. They hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Property Studies and an Honours degree from the University of Cape Town, which they completed in 2011 and 2012, respectively.
