Stéphane Bila

Stéphane Bila is a seasoned researcher and educator with extensive experience in the fields of electronics and optoelectronics. They served as a Researcher and Senior Researcher at CNRS from 2000 to 2017 and held leadership positions at XLIM, including Director of the RF Systems department and Director of the unit from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Stéphane is an administrator at ALPHA-RLH and a substitute lecturer at 3iL - Ecole d'ingénieur en informatique in Limoges, where they continue to contribute to the academic community. They also served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE T-MTT journal during the same period. Stéphane earned a PhD in Electronics and Optoelectronics from the Université de Limoges, completing their studies in 1999.
