Paul Wright has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, having held significant positions at XLN as Head of Customer Service and Customer Service Manager in December 2021. Prior to that, Paul served as Operations Manager at Capita from September 2008 to February 2021, where responsibilities included the development of staff through coaching and performance management, as well as the daily management of Team Managers and up to 200 contact centre colleagues. Paul holds GCSEs in Maths and English Literature from MeadowHead, completed between 1986 and 1990.
