Moti Ram

Moti Ram is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Vice President of R&D at Cyber Observer Ltd. since April 2011, where responsibilities include building, designing, and managing the development of innovative information security products aligned with industry best practices. In addition, Moti Ram is the CEO of C2IT Consulting & Technologies, providing independent consulting and development services, including contributions to the Israeli PMO's CTO department. Previous roles include freelance consultant positions at Toptix, where Moti Ram developed a next-generation e-ticketing product, and Rafael, where work involved developing modules in .NET and JAVA. Moti Ram holds an education from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
