XM Technovator (XMT) is an impact-driven digital business transformation consultancy based in Lao PDR, committed to advancing innovation and shaping the country’s sustainable development through technology, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building. At XMT, we believe that innovation and entrepreneurship are key to unlocking Laos’ full potential, and we are passionate about transforming the nation’s digital economy from the ground up.

XMT designs and implements high-impact programs that equip youth, startups, and grassroots changemakers with the tools, skills, and networks they need to thrive in the digital age. Our work is structured across three interconnected units:

•	The XMT Business Acceleration: supports early-stage startups and SMEs through tailored incubation, mentorship, and access to investment opportunities. We specialize in nurturing green, digital, and socially driven enterprises that contribute to inclusive and climate-resilient growth.

•	The XMT Digital Transformation: partners with government agencies, development actors, and the private sector to deliver strategic consulting and deploy cutting-edge technologies that streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and enable data-informed decision-making.

•	The XMT Youth Development (Xiang Miang Lab): empowers young people across Laos through future-ready skills development, AI and digital literacy programs, and civic-tech innovation labs, preparing the next generation to become trailblazers and creative problem solvers who drive meaningful and lasting change.
