Peter Balios

Peter Balios is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Governance Officer at XM since January 2023. Prior roles include IT Infrastructure Project Manager at the European Parliament and Senior IT Business Analyst/IT Project Manager in freelance capacity. Peter has held various positions at prominent organizations including Clearstream, RBC Investor & Treasury Services, and the European Investment Bank. Previous experience also includes roles at the European Commission and Unisys, along with academic involvement as a Teaching Associate at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Peter holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Medical Informatics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Manchester, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
