Chiung Lo

Chiung Lo is currently the Co-Founder and VP of Design at xMEMS. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Interface Device (MEMS) BU at Richtek, where they developed next generation MEMS motion sensing solutions that achieved million-units sold in 12 months. Before that, Chiung Lo was a Motion Sensor at Apple, where they led MEMS motion sensor implementation across wide product lines.

Before joining Apple, Chiung Lo was at InvenSense, Inc. for 2 years 9 months, where they served as MEMS Development Manager and Sr. MEMS Designer. In these roles, Chiung Lo managed a team of MEMS designers to develop next generation MEMS motion sensors and collaborated with a product development team including MEMS sensor designers, process development, IC design, testing, NPI, business/marketing, etc.

Prior to InvenSense, Chiung Lo was a Member of Technical Staff at Maxim Integrated Products for 1 year 4 months.

Chiung Lo received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2008 and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2000.
