Stuart Bray

Stuart Bray has over 17 years of work experience in the technology industry. Stuart is currently working as the Vice President of Product Development at xMentium, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stuart served as a Senior Software Engineer at xMentium from November 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining xMentium, Stuart co-founded Magnify Your Voice in April 2018, where they served as a Co-Founder.

Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavor, Stuart worked at X1 for over a decade. Stuart held various positions at X1, including Vice President of Engineering from May 2016 to November 2020, Director of Engineering from October 2012 to May 2016, and Senior Software Engineer from April 2009 to October 2012.

Stuart also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer at SpeakLike Inc. from April 2008 to March 2009.

Their career began at X1 in July 2005, where they worked as a Software Engineer until April 2008.

Stuart's journey in the technology industry began at the University of Victoria in September 2003, where they worked as a Software Engineer until April 2005.

Stuart Bray has a diverse educational background. Stuart first pursued their passion for yoga, meditation, and wellness by obtaining an Ashtanga Yoga Level 1 Certification from the Sri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute. This educational endeavor lasted from 2014 to 2018. Subsequently, Stuart pursued their interest in computer science and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria between 2001 and 2005, majoring in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Stuart Bray also holds some additional certifications. In July 2018, they became an Authorized Level 1 Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, obtaining this certification from the Sharath Yoga Center. Additionally, in December 2022, they received a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
