Jeb Hurley

Jeb traces his passion for helping people become better leaders and make a positive difference in the world to his painful experiences with toxic managers, dysfunctional teams, and low-trust cultures. His insight that an organization's culture reflects team behavior at scale has shaped his approach to leadership and how he develops leaders.

A leading expert on team and organizational dynamics, Jeb is an experienced F100 corporate executive, a multi-time founder/CEO, and a behavioral scientist. He holds a doctorate in organizational leadership and has mentored and coached for decades. He is the co-founder and CEO of Xmetryx, Inc., and Managing Partner of Brainware Partners, a team dynamics consultancy.

Jeb is a Techstars Foundation Mentor, an Affiliate Member at the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School, and the author of two books: Team Relationship Management: Using Science to Inspire Trust & Peak Performance and The ONE Habit: The Ultimate Guide to Increasing Engagement and Building Highly-Effective Teams.
