Alan Duncan

Alan Duncan has extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors, serving as a Non Executive Director at multiple companies, including XMOS and DisplayLink since 2006. Currently a Venture Partner at Draper Esprit since 2006, Alan was a Partner/Director at Prelude Ventures from 1997 to 2006, which managed the LSE-quoted venture capital fund, Prelude Trust, before merging with Cazenove Private Equity to form Esprit. Alan's earlier roles include Non Executive Director positions at Lime Microsystems, Aveillant, and GreenPeak Technologies B.V., as well as at Alphamosaic from 2001 to 2004. Alan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Liverpool, earned between 1966 and 1969.
