Chip Sparks

Chip Sparks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both engineering and military logistics. Currently serving as a Senior Field Application Engineer at XMOS since October 2021, Chip has previously held significant roles in various organizations including Diodes Incorporated and Microsemi Corporation, where expertise in technical support and systems application engineering was applied. As a Logistics Officer in the United States Army Reserve since 1993, Chip has ascended through numerous leadership roles, including Commander of the 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and Chief of Staff of the USAR Deployment Support Command. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Military Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, an MBA from California Coast University, and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
