Gary Happ is currently the Sr. Sales Manager for North America at XMOS, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of Sales at Renesas Electronics from 2021 to 2024 and as the Director of Sales at Dialog Semiconductor from 2017 to 2021, prior to its acquisition by Renesas. Their extensive experience in sales leadership includes roles as VP Sales & Marketing at Raltron Electronics and VP Sales, Americas at Silego Technology. Gary earned a BS in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
