Shane Mac

Shane Mac is the Co-Founder & President at XMTP. Prior to XMTP, Shane was the Senior Vice President at Conversocial from March 2019 to March 2021. Shane also has experience as the CEO and Co-Founder of Assist Inc from January 2014 to March 2019. Assist Inc was acquired by Verint for $50m cash in March 2019. Prior to Assist Inc, Shane was the Director of Product and Marketing at RIM from February 2011 to March 2011. Shane has also held the title of Product and Marketing at Gist, Inc from January 2009 to February 2011. Gist was acquired by RIM in February 2011.

Shane Mac graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Western Illinois University.

Shane Mac reports to Matt Galligan, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Saul Carlin - Director, Product Management, Peter Denton - Head of Growth.
