Massimo Nacci has over thirty years of experience in finance and accounting. massimo began their career in 1981 as a Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. In 1986, they joined Sony Music Entertainment Spa as Financial Controller and Organization & Procedure Manager, where they implemented the monthly reporting package according to US accounting principles and issued a new company procedures manual. In 1990, they moved to TIE ITALIA SPA, an Italian subsidiary of a US multinational listed at the NYSE, where they created a strong working team. In 2001, they joined Synapsis Srl, a start up involved in R&D engineering, and implemented a new in-house ERP and provided analysis, data and reporting for the new investors. In 2003, they moved to Eraclea, where they revamped the entire financial reporting system and established a comprehensive management reporting system. In 2006, they joined Nestle Waters Direct Italia, a distribution and sale of soft drinks in the HOD sector, and reduced opex and decreased debtors. In 2009, they moved to On Blue Srl, a service company specialized in communication events, and reorganised the commercial and marketing departments and the operations and programming department. In 2011, they joined Perani & Partners, an Italian consulting firm specialized in Intellectual Property, and led the whole ERP change program and implementation. Lastly, in 2016, they joined Xnext S.R.L., an innovative start-up based in Milan, as CFO and developed the next generation of equipments for in line, non destructive testing on all of the tested product.

Massimo Nacci's education history includes studying English at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1981 to 1981; studying at Universita' Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1976 to 1980; and studying at Istituto P. Verri from 1970 to 1975.
