Eldora Tan spent the first four years of their career leading strategic partnerships to enhance the startup ecosystem in Singapore and establish connections with regional hubs. Over the last three years, they focused on developing go-to-market strategies and corporate partnerships within the sustainability sector. Currently, Eldora serves as the Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Singapore Deep-Tech Alliance, where they manage corporate relationship development. In 2022, they joined XNode in Shenzhen, helping Singaporean startups expand into China. Eldora holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University and participated in an exchange program at Ghent University.
