Harmeet Kaur is an experienced professional in brand strategy and marketing, currently serving as the Founder of Alternative-Brands in Shanghai since November 2019. Concurrently, Harmeet holds the position of Entrepreneur In Residence at XNode since July 2020 and mentors in Brands & Strategy at SOSV MOX since April 2020. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Strategy at Publicis Media from February 2017 to November 2019, and Senior Brand Development Manager at Unilever from May 2015 to February 2017. Harmeet also worked as a Senior Brand Manager for L'Oréal's Garnier innovations from May 2013 to August 2014 and as a Brand Manager for NutriChoice at Britannia Industries Limited from July 2011 to April 2013. The career began as an Assistant Manager in Marketing at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle from June 2008 to January 2011. Harmeet earned an MBA in Marketing from SCMHRD, Pune, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics Honors from Delhi University.
