XO Helicopters has a long story with roots back to the 1980s with Helifly operation and maintenance. Later the operation was sold and maintenance was the focus up till Fonnafly Trading and MRO purchased the company. XO Group purchased Fonnafly Trading and MRO in January 2020 and rebranded to XO Maintenance.

In February 2022 XO Maintenance AS changed its registered company name to XO Helicopters AS.

XO Helicopters today has its focus on the purchase and sale of helicopters, components, and spare parts. We also purchase fleets for part out or leaseback. We hold a big stock and most parts if not all are quoted from our inventory in Norway.
