Matthew Kepto has extensive experience in the aviation industry, with a career spanning over a decade. Starting at Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter as Fleet Sales and Operations from October 2013 to April 2015, Matthew then joined JetSmarter in January 2017 as Compliance Manager before advancing to Sr Aviation Specialist until December 2019. Afterward, Matthew worked at XO Global LLC as Sr Manager Vendor Relations from December 2019 until September 2023. Following that role, Matthew took on multiple leadership positions at XO, including Director of Marketplace and Operator Success and Director of Commercial Operations, Marketplace.
