Swati Dhadwal

Swati Dhadwal has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Swati started their career at Sovereign Health Group Addiction, Dual Diagnosis & Mental Health in April 2015 as a Project Associate, where they stayed until May 2016. After that, they joined Kinapse in June 2016 as a Medical Writer Associate in the Clinical Trial Disclosure department, where they worked until July 2017. Swati then joined Xogene Services LLC in August 2017 as a Clinical Trial Transparency Analyst. Swati progressed within the company, taking on the roles of Clinical Trial Transparency Specialist from April 2018 to March 2021, Clinical Trial Transparency Senior Specialist from April 2021 to May 2022, and currently working as the Manager of CTT starting from April 2022. Swati'sexpertise lies in clinical trial transparency and they have gained valuable experience in this field throughout their career.

Swati Dhadwal has a diverse education history. Swati started their education journey in 2006 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their SENIOR SECONDARY education with a focus on the MEDICAL field. Swati then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Microbiology, General from Sciences and technology freshers Jobs, completing it in 2011.

In 2012, Swati attended Delhi University to earn a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching. Swati completed this degree in 2013. Swati furthered their education in the field of healthcare by obtaining a post-graduate diploma in clinical research and pharmacovigilance from Socrates School of Health from 2014 to 2015. Swati'sspecialization in this program was Clinical Research Coordinator.

In addition to their formal education, Swati has also pursued additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained a certification in CLINICAL TERMINOLOGY from the University of Pittsburgh. Swati also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from MSI, which they obtained in March 2016.
