Jon Jackson has held a number of positions in the technology industry since 2005. Jon began their career as Manager of Dealer Support at Dealerskins in 2005. In 2008, they moved to the ForeFront Group as Customer Service Manager. Jon then joined Clearwire in 2009 as Technical Support Manager. In 2010, they became a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at UL EHS Sustainability. In 2017, they were appointed Support Manager at Built Technologies, Inc., and in 2020, they assumed the role of Director of Client Support at XOi Technologies.
Jon Jackson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Lipscomb University in 1997, followed by a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2014.
