Steve M.

Steve M. has over 18 years of work experience in sales and customer success roles. Steve began their career in 2002 as a Territory Sales Representative for Nashville Wholesale Moulding Co., where they promoted the sale of wood mouldings, specialty cedar materials, and pine paneling. Steve then moved on to MM&I Construction and Design in 2012, where they served as a Territory Sales Representative and Project Manager. During this time, they provided on-site project management to coordinate and oversee installation crews, equipment, and materials to complete over 50 projects. Steve also promoted the use of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) in the construction of residential and commercial structures. In 2016, Steve M. took on a Sales Representative role at Nashville Wholesale Moulding. In 2017, they joined XOi Technologies as a Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Director of Customer Success.

Steve M. attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
