Prior to that, they worked at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. as the Head of Software Technical Product Management from 2021 to 2023. John also worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as a Technology Consultant on the Digital Health Innovation team from 2020 to 2021.

From 2014 to 2020, John worked at eBay in various positions, including Senior Director of Product & Engineering for Regional Development and Director/Senior Director of Product Management. John played a key role in tailoring eBay's global experience and managing a team across multiple locations.
