Christopher Baldwin

Christopher Baldwin has a long and varied work experience. Christopher began their career in 1999 working as a Medicinal Chemist at IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals, where they designed and developed compounds for an antimicrobial drug discovery and development program. In 2001, they moved to Sigma-Aldrich as a Systems Engineer, and then to Applied Strategies in 2002 as a Business Analyst and Technology Development Manager. In 2004, they pursued their M.B.A. at Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley. In 2007, they worked as a Summer Associate at Mohr Davidow Ventures, and then joined Cooley LLP as an Associate in 2008. That same year, they also co-founded SRECTrade, Inc. In 2012, they joined Jazz Pharmaceuticals as Corporate Counsel for U.S. Brands, Hematology/Oncology and Corporate Counsel for Commercial and Operations. In 2020, they moved to Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. as Executive Director, Senior Corporate Counsel, where they provided strategic counsel to the company and executive management on a broad array of matters. In 2021, they moved to XOMA as Vice President, Legal.

Christopher Baldwin completed their education with an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
