Thomas Burns

Thomas Burns has over 20 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting industry. Thomas began their career in 1995 as a Financial Analyst at S3 Inc. In 1999, they moved to Conner Technology as a Finance Manager. Thomas then joined Niku Corporation in 2000 as a Manager of Global FP&A & Development Controller. In 2002, Thomas transitioned to IntruVert Networks as the Director of Finance. In 2003, they moved to Mattson Technology as the Business Controller of FP&A. Finally, Thomas joined XOMA in 2006, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO and Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Thomas Burns earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Santa Clara University between 1991 and 1995. Thomas then went on to receive their MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University between 1998 and 1999.
